Faisal Tuddy
Head of Pharmacy, Asda
Faisal Tuddy has worked for 20-years merging retail and category trading, consistently leveraging strategic business acumen to influence both industry and organisational trajectories. He is a UK registered pharmacist, an executive committee member at Community Pharmacy England (CPE) as well as head of pharmacy at Asda.
Tim Rendell
Head of Pharmacy, Day Lewis
Tim has recently been appointed as Senior Visiting Lecturer at the University of Bath following graduating with a doctorate in health for his research in designing a Pharmacogenomics testing service for community pharmacy and achieving five peer reviewed publications in international journals. Tim is also a Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and a registrant with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), Chair of the executive operations board at the Centre of Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE), on the pharmacy education advisory board at University of Bath, University College London, University of Leicester and the GPhC and locally is Vice Chair of Community Pharmacy Swindon and Wiltshire and a member of Community Pharmacy Avon.
Richards Stephenson
Operations Director, Right Medicine Pharmacy Ltd
Operations Director at Right Medicine Pharmacy Ltd, Richard Stephenson leads 43 pharmacy branches and over 400 employees including the Head Office team and functions across Scotland. Richard is also the managing director at Edinpharm Ltd who have over 220 members currently. He was a Recognition of Excellence Awards finalist at the inaugural awards in 2014, achieving highly commended in the Retail Skills category.
Richard Dunne
Head of Healthcare Capability, Boots UK
Richard Dunne is the Head of Healthcare Capability a Boots UK. This involves leading the Healthcare Learning and Development team within Boots UK to develop, support and deliver the capability intervention for all Healthcare colleagues within the business. Prior to this he was senior professional standards manager, supporting the company’s clinical and professional standards.
Raj Nutan is currently the healthcare strategy & services director at Alliance Healthcare & Alphega Pharmacy UK. He is a practising pharmacist with over 28 years’ experience in both the community pharmacy and pharmaceutical wholesale sector. He regularly visits community pharmacies to speak and support pharmacists and their pharmacy teams across the UK.
Mimi Lau
CEO, Pickfords Pharmacy
Mimi Lau is CEO of Pickfords Pharmacy, a 20-pharmacy group located across Midlands and South Yorkshire. She is also a Board Trustee of St Francis Hospice, a non-profit organisation located in Essex. Previously, Mimi has held senior commercial and operational leadership positions with organisations including Lloyds, Rowlands, Numark and Dental Directory. She is passionate about building high performing teams and leading people through transformational change to deliver consistent business growth.
Mike Holden
Managing Director, MH Associates
Mike Holden has a passion and extensive track record for innovation in pharmacy and was one of the primary drivers behind the healthy living pharmacy model. Having practiced for over 45 years, he has established and run his own independent community pharmacy group, led various pharmacy organisations including the National Pharmacy Association, and now operates as a consultant.
Michelle Riddals, OBE
CEO, PAGB
Michelle Riddalls OBE is Chief Executive Officer of PAGB, the consumer healthcare association. Michelle is a leading spokesperson for the OTC sector on issues such as Brexit, self care, reclassification and regulatory challenges, working closely with the MHRA, DHSC, Office of Life Sciences and Number 10. She is an expert in consumer healthcare regulation having worked in the sector for over two decades. Prior to joining PAGB, Michelle was Director of Regulatory Affairs for the Northern European Cluster at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. Michelle has been recognised across a number of industry awards, including the Women in Trade Powerlist in 2024, and was awarded an OBE for outstanding services to consumer health in the King’s 2025 New Year Honours.
Janice Perkins
Chair of the RPS Community Pharmacy Expert Advisory Group
Janice Perkins is the Chair of the RPS Community Pharmacy Expert Advisory Group and Chair of Community Pharmacy Greater Manchester. Formerly the Pharmacy Superintendent at Well, Janice now has her own business, Pennine ACT, focusing on providing advice on pharmacy practice and standards alongside coaching and mentoring services. Her goal is to help healthcare professionals and organisations be the best they can be. Her contribution to the profession has been recognised by her being made a Fellow of the RPS and appointed as Visiting Professor at Keele University.
Ifti Khan
Pharmacy Superintendent, Well
Ifti Khan is the pharmacy superintendent at Well and has worked in community pharmacy for nearly 30 years, starting his career as a pharmacist. Over the last two years, Ifti has played a leading role in Well’s response to the Covid pandemic, creating policies to help protect colleagues, patients and communities. Ifti is also a board member of the Company Chemist Association (CCA), a CCA appointed representative on the PSNC committee and Vice-Chair and Governance lead for Greater Manchester LPC.
Emma Charlesworth
Head of Marketing Operations, Numark
Emma Charlesworth has worked for Numark for 24 years, holding positions such as head of marketing and communications manager, where she developed expertise in pharmacy trade press communications and developing marketing strategies. She was appointed head of marketing operations at Numark’s wholesale partner Phoenix Medical Supplies in May 2019 and has been involved in the RoE Awards for many years as a sponsor on behalf of Numark.
Elen Jones
RPS Director, Wales
Elen Jones is the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) director for Wales. She has led on numerous policies and campaigns for the RPS in Wales and across Great Britain and continues to lead a vibrant plan for advancing pharmacy across all sectors. Elen was the project manager and lead author of the current ten-year vision for pharmacy in Wales, Pharmacy: Delivering a Healthier Wales.
Ade Williams, MBE
Lead Pharmacist, Bedminster Pharmacy, Bristol
Ade Williams MBE is the lead pharmacist at the multi-award winning pharmacy Bedminster Pharmacy in Bristol. He oversees a team who have seen great success at the Recognition of Excellence Awards in previous years, and is a true advocate of pharmacy support staff. He is also the pharmacy ambassador for the charity Pancreatic Cancer Action. In 2022, Ade was awarded an MBE in the New Year’s Honours List, cited “for services to the NHS and to the community in South Bristol, particularly during Covid-19”.
Nicola Stockmann
President, APTUK
Nicola has previously held roles as Association of Pharmacy Technicians UK (APTUK) vice-president (2022-24) and the APTUK Hampshire branch chairperson (2020-22). Nicola has represented APTUK and the Pharmacy Technician profession internationally and to give evidence at the Health and Social Care committee Pharmacy Inquiry 2024. Board member positions currently include the Inclusive Pharmacy Practice Board and she holds an Ex Officio place on the UK Pharmacy Professional Leadership Advisory Board. She is also currently a council partner for the Department of Health & Social Care’s 10-year health plan, on behalf of APTUK. In addition, Nicola is also the Pharmacy Operations Manager at Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust. She has been a qualified Pharmacy Technician since 2012 and has previously worked in community pharmacy, clinical trials, medicines optimisation and as a Medicines Safety Officer.
Rachel Graham
RoE spotlight award winner 2024
With 33 years’ service under her belt, Rachel Graham has fulfilled a number of roles within the pharmacy. Including as a healthcare advisor, a dispenser and then working for 13 years as a store manager. A cancer diagnosis five years ago drove her decision to go back to her pharmacy roots and qualify as an ACPT after a break from the sector. Having enjoyed the last four years working in local pharmacy, Rachel has embarked on a new role as pharmacy support manager, supporting 37 stores to realise their pharmacy ambition. Rachel won both the Team Leader Award at the 2024 Recognition of Excellence Awards, as well as the overall Spotlight Award prize.
Louise Baglole
Director of Professional Services and Development, NPA
Louise Baglole is the Director of Professional Services and Development at the National Pharmacy Association (NPA). The role encompasses leading on learning and development for accredited and non-accredited courses in conjunction with driving services and initiatives to add value to the pharmacy proposition for members. Prior to this Louise worked in various roles across community pharmacy for over 20 years combining this with working in a GP practice as a practice-based pharmacist for eight years.
